后路椎弓根钉固定联合经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的体会 被引量:13

摘要 目的 总结后路椎弓根钉固定联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的体会。方法 对34例老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩骨折患者采用后路经椎弓根钉内固定结合PVP治折,观察治疗效果。结果 术后随访6-18个月,34患者均骨性愈合。术后3个月伤椎椎体前缘高度恢复率和后凸Cobb’角及VAS评分较术前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。未发生内固定松动、断裂等并发症。结论 后路椎弓根钉固定联合PVP治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折,内固定牢靠、椎体高度恢复效果满意、并发症发生率低、症状改善明显。
