摘要
本文针对成都市"锦江198·LOHAS绿道"的使用情况,研究了其使用特征和使用者满意度。使用特征方面从使用者自身特征和使用情况特征入手,得到了人们在绿道使用中的一般情况。使用者满意度方面通过实地调研和问卷调查统计,说明了使用者对此绿道整体满意程度较好,通过因子分析得到了影响使用者满意度的主要因素,依次为配套设施、服务设施、活动场所、绿化环境、通达性。最后,针对以上分析总结,对绿道工程以后的发展建设提出了建议和意见。
In view of the service condition of ＂Jinjiang 198·LOHAS Greenway＂ in Chengdu, this paper studies its using characteristics and user satisfaction. From the perspective of user characteristics and usage characteristics, the general condition of greenway using is got.Through field investigation and questionnaire investigation statistics, it shows that users are generally satisfied with the greenway. And through factor analysis, the main factors affecting the user satisfaction are got： supporting facility, service facilities, stage, green environment,and accessibility. Finally, in view of the analysis above, proposals and suggestions are put forward for the future development and construction of greenway project.
