变电站开放式辅助监控系统平台设计与实现 被引量:12

摘要 通过对当前变电站辅助监控系统的调研发现,当前变电站辅助系统功能单一且独立分散、部署成本高而效率低下,不能满足智能变电站发展的综合性、智能化需求。针对上述问题,变电站辅助系统综合测控平台在环境、安防、消防等一般辅助功能的基础上,增加了具有高级辅助监控功能的变电站智能巡检机器人系统、智能视频系统、一体化电源监控系统;采用标准IEC 61850建模、远动传输、统一系统联动配置等方法进行高度多系统融合,提高了变电站辅助监控系统的智能化水平、综合处理性能及无人值守情况下的站内测控效率。从各个地区变电站的应用数量和站内统计数据可以看出,该平台能够满足未来智能变电站辅助监控系统的发展要求。 Through investigating the existing substation auxiliary monitoring systems,it is found that these systems are unitary in functionality, independently decentralized, with high deployment costs, but low efficiency; so they cannot satisfy the demands for developing intelligent and integrated substations. Aiming at the problems above,besides of the common functions including environment,security and firefighting,etc. ,it is necessary to add patrol robot self - check system, intelligent video system and integrated power supply monitoring system, to provide high ranking auxiliary functions for the integrated measurement and control platform of substation auxiliary monitoring system. By adopting technologies of standard IEC 61850 modeling, tele - transmission, and unified interlink configuration, a high degree of multi - system integration is conducted for improving the intelligent level , comprehensively processing performance and unattended monitoring efficiency of the system. From the number of application cases in each regional substation and the statistics data, it can be seen that this platform is suitable for developing intelligent substation auxiliary monitoring in the future.
