摘要 介绍了舰炮瞄准装置操控界面设计中的优化设计方法及应用,在充分考虑操作人员、设备及工作环境相互作用的前提下,以人机界面的匹配优化为总体目标,以操控台几何尺寸和各个功能单元几何可布置区域为条件,依据人机工学和人机界面最优化设计原则,参考国内战士人体模型的数据,分析操作手和操控设备的显示单元、操控单元的数据特点,以人体模型尺寸、环境使用条件为变量规划出每个单元的各器件的约束条件,确定了瞄准装置单兵操作的操控台人机界面优化设计模型,并进行工程设计。 This article describes the optimized design method and its application in the aiming device operation interface of the naval gun. With full considerations of the interplay among operators, equipment and environment as a prerequisite, the general objective is the excellent matching of man-machine interface. According to the manmachine engineering and optimized design of the man-machine interface, the statistical characteristics of the display unit and the manipulation unit of the operation device are analyzed with reference to the human phantom data of domestic soldiers. The size of human body model and the working conditions are used as variables for the planning of constraints of each device in each unit. In conclusion, the man-machine interface optimized design model of the operating device in an aiming device by a single soldier is confirmed and is to be used for engineering design.
