摘要
目的总结医疗机构门诊西药房管理中存在的问题并对其进行规范。方法结合三级综合医院评审的要求以及工作实践,针对门诊西药房管理中存在的问题如药品的贮存问题、摆放问题、有效期问题、处方调剂质量问题等6方面进行分析并提出改进措施。并以服务投诉、差错投诉、取药等候时间、药品报损率、患者满意度等指标评价改进措施的成效。结果针对存在的问题,提出相应的改进措施,提高工作效率,降低了差错、减少患者投诉,降低了药品报损率,提高患者满意度,使各项评价指标均有不同程度的改善。结论结合三甲医院评审要求,对门诊西药房实施制度化、规范化、系统化的管理,对提高药学服务质量,保障患者安全、合理使用药物具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for pharmacy management by applying continuous quality improvement method in outpatient pharmacy. METHODS Complaints, waiting time for taking medicine, the drugs loss rate and patient satisfaction were selected as factors to evaluate improvement measures in pharmacy management related to medicine of storage, deposit, validity, dispensing according to the three grade hospital accreditation standards. RESULTS The number of dispensing errors, patient complaints and loss drugs are decreased by continuous quality improvement. CONCLUSION Accreditation of hospital could advance pharmacy management institutionalized, standardized and systematically, and it is an important guarantee for better pharmaceutical services and safety of medication.
