红光加类人胶原蛋白敷料对改善点阵CO_2激光治疗光老化皮肤术后色素沉着的效果观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨红光加类人胶原蛋白敷料对改善点阵CO2激光治疗光老化皮肤术后色素沉着的临床效果。方法:选择患者80例,按照简单随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,对照组进行红光照射,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用类人胶原蛋白敷料比较两组患者治疗前后VISIA皮肤图像分析仪、SOFT5.5皮肤性质测试仪测定结果,并统计两组治疗后优、良率及色素沉着治疗起效时间。结果:治疗后观察组色素斑、皱纹、纹理、毛孔及紫质评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组p H、水分、弹性及油脂评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后优良率为90.0%,高于对照组的50.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后临床效果为优和良者起效时间快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红光联合类人胶原蛋白敷料可改善点阵CO2激光治疗光老化皮肤术后皮肤弹性,增加皮肤水分,缩小毛孔,减少油脂分泌和皮肤色素沉着。 Objective: To investigate the effect of red plus class combined with collagen dressing to im -prove skin pigmentation after photoaging with lattice CO 2 laser.Methods: 80 cases were dived into two groups randomly, each of 40 cases.The control group were irradiated with red light and the observation group were used red light combined with collagen dressing .VISIA skin treatment based on Analyzer , SOFT5.5 skin type test measured results and statistical excellent after treatment , yield and pigmentation treatment onset time were compared with the two groups.Results:After treatment, pigment spots, wrinkles, texture, pores and rhodop-sin scores of the observation group were better than that of control group (P〈0.05), pH, moisture, elasticity and fat scores of the observation group were better than control group (P〈0.05), the excellent rate of the ob-servation group was 90.0%, it was significantly higher than 50.0% of the control group (P〈0.05), the clinical effect of excellent and good by onset time of the observation group were significantly faster than the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusions: Red joint human-like collagen dressing may improve skin pigmentation after photoaging with lattice CO 2 laser after skin elasticity, increase skin moisture, shrink pores, reduce oil secre-tion and skin pigmentation.
