摘要
该文从绿色建筑技术应用的最优效益出发,以利海·世纪绿洲花园三期B区为例探讨了夏热冬冷地区住宅项目如何实践绿色建筑的各项要求。本项目在规划建设过程中,以《湖南省绿色建筑评价标准》为依据,结合全程模拟优化,筛选了适应场地气候的技术,如太阳能热水,屋顶绿化等,特别对遮阳,地下室采光通风进行了深入的研讨,并用于该项目,对同等气候条件下的绿色居住建筑具有较好的参考价值。
In this paper, we make a discussion on how to satisfy the requirements of green building in residential projects during the summer heat and winter cold area from the best benefits of green building technology applications, and we take an example of Oasis Garden III Area B Lihai. In the planning and construction of the project, based on the "Hu'nan Green Building Evaluation Standard", combined with software simulation and optimization, we select adaptation technologies, such as solar water heating, green roofs and so on, especially deeply discuss for shading, lighting and ventilation in the basement. It has a good reference value for green residential building under the same climatic conditions.
