摘要
挖掘、整合医院各系统数据资源,根据医院管理者和卫生行业主管部门对医院成本控制及运营绩效评价的期望和需求,构建医院成本控制及运营绩效评价信息管理平台,为医院经济管理提供了方便、快捷、实用的工作平台,也为政府制定医院补偿机制和确定医疗服务收费价格提供决策依据。
The system data resources of hospitals were digged and summarized accordihg to the perspective and demand of hospi- tal managers and competent department of health industry. Constructing information management system for hospital cost control and operation performance evaluation could provide convenient, fast and practical working platform for hospital economic management, and provide the government decision evidence for hospital compensation mechanism and deciding medical service charging prices.
