摘要
单跨多层大跨度装配整体式正交斜放空间钢网格盒式结构首次应用于实际工程,楼盖的舒适度至关重要。以湘潭九华创新创业服务中心单跨(24m)多层(4层)厂房为例,利用环境激励,采用频域法模态拟合方法对该结构进行了现场竖向振动模态测试,获得了该楼盖结构竖向自振频率、振型及竖向加速度。结果表明,楼盖竖向振动频率和竖向加速度峰值均符合舒适度要求,该新型结构能够充分兼顾结构安全性、舒适性与节约土地资源的要求。
Single-span multistoried large-span assembled monolithic orthogonal and diagonal spatial steel grid cassette building structure was first applied in the practical engineering,and the floor comfort degree is essential. The single-span( 24m) and multistoried( 4 stories) plant of Xiangtan Jiuhua Service Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship was taken as an example. Based on environmental excitation,the frequency domain modal fitting method was adopted to carry out onsite vertical vibration modal testing on the structure to obtain the vertical self vibration frequency,vibration mode and vertical acceleration of the floor structure. Research results show that the floor vertical vibration frequency and vertical acceleration peak value are in line with the requirements of comfort degree. The new type structure can fully take into account the requirements of structural safety,comfort degree and land resources saving.
