摘要
采用动力学分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对射孔弹的爆轰压垮药型罩形成射流过程和射流侵彻煤层过程进行了模拟计算。爆轰材料采用JWL模型;侵彻过程材料破坏采用JohnsonCook屈服应力准则。选择合适参数的药型罩对煤体进行侵彻模拟,侵彻煤层的厚度约为1.2m,为射孔弹在低透气性煤层中应用,增加瓦斯抽采半径提供了理论依据。
By using the ANSYS / LS - DYNA of dynamic analysis software, crushed liner forming process of jet and jet penetration seam was simulated after the perforating bullet detonation break the medicine type cover. JWL model was adopted in the detonation material and the Johnson - Cook yield stress criterion was adopted in the process of the penetration process. Choosing appropriate parameters of the model to simulate the penetration of coal, the thickness of the penetration of the coal seam is about 1.2m, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of perforating bullet in low permeability coal seam and improve the permeability of coal seam.
