摘要
为了探索绢丝混纺织物悬垂性与KES织物风格指标的关系,采用灰色关联和相关性分析的方法,对10种绢丝混纺织物的静态、动态悬垂系数与16项KES基本物理性能指标的关系进行了分析。结果灰色关联分析表明与绢丝混纺织物静态、动态悬垂系数的关联度最高的是拉伸线性度LT,其次是平方米质量W、厚度T、压缩线性度LC、压缩功回复率RC等因素;相关性分析表明织物静态、动态悬垂系数与拉伸线性度LT、弯曲刚度B、弯曲滞后量2 HB、拉伸比功WT呈极显著正相关,与拉伸功回复率RT、平均摩擦系数MIU呈现极显著的负相关。
In order to explore the relationship between draping property and KES fabric style indexes of spun silk blended fabrics,the grey incidence and correlation method was applied to analyze the relationship between draping coefficient of 10 kinds of spun silk blended fabrics in static dynamic states and 16 physical property indexes.The analysis of grey incidence shows that linearity of load-extension curve(LT)has the closest correlation with draping coefficient in static dynamic states,followed by fabric weight(W),fabric thickness(T),linearity of load-compression curve(LC),resilience of compression(RC)and etc.The correlation analysis shows that the drape coefficient of the fabrics in static dynamic states is significantly and positively correlated with linearity of load-extension curve(LT),bending rigidity(B),bending hysteresis moment(2HB),and tensile work(WT),while significantly and negatively correlated with tensile resilience(RT)and mean friction coefficient(MIU).
