摘要
结合超细重质碳酸钙粉体材料的应用指标需求特点,探索HRM超细立式磨研制的创新点和研究方向;通过重质碳酸钙、滑石等非金属矿粉体超细加工工程应用经验,对HRM超细立式磨研磨装置的结构、磨盘转速、磨辊压力以及分级装置的动静态转子结构、叶片放置形式、转速等进行创新设计与研制。结果表明,HRM超细立式磨所生产的超细产品达到2μm细粉体积分数≥22%、d_(100)≤45μm、d_(50)=5.1~6.3μm、吨产品电耗≤55.6 kWh/t、比表面积达到0.83~0.92 m^2/g,设备运转效率达到98%。
In this paper, combined with the characteristics of the application of ground calcium carbonate (GCC) powder material, the innovation points and the research direction of the development of HRM ultra-fine vertical mill were explored. By the GCC, talc and other non-metallic mineral powder superfine processing engineering application experience, the focus of research in HRM vertical superfine grinding device for grinding structure, disc rotating speed, grinding pressure roller and grading device for dynamic and static grading wheel structure, material selection and speed for the design and fabrication, The practice prove that HRM vertical superfine grinding the production of superfine product 2 μm fine powder volume content ≥ 22% , d100≤ 45 μm, d50≤ 6.5 μm, tons of product power consumption is less than or equal to 55.6kWh/t, specific surface area reach 0.83- 0.92 m2/g, equipment running efficiency reach 98%.
