不同种稻年限盐碱地水田表层土壤酶活性变化及其与土壤养分关系 被引量:24

Studies on Changes of Surface Layer Soil Enzyme in Saline-Alkali Paddy Field of Different Planting Years and Relationship Between Soil Enzyme Changes and Soil Nutrients

摘要 本文通过采集吉林省西部6个不同种稻年限的苏打盐碱地水田土壤为供试样品,以未经种稻改良的废弃草原土壤作为对照,通过对不同种稻年限苏打盐碱地水田表层的土壤养分、酶活性及二者之间的相关性进行研究,为合理利用和开发盐碱地资源,提高土壤肥力和作物产量提供基础理论依据。结果表明,随种稻年限的增加,p H逐年下降,有机质含量、碱解氮(除种稻1年外)、速效磷经改良后均高于对照土壤,速效钾含量随种稻年限的增加无规律性变化。经种稻改良后过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性总体呈下降趋势;脲酶、蔗糖酶活性总体呈上升趋势;不同种稻年限对土壤养分及酶活性都有规律性影响:碱解氮、速效磷、有机质、p H之间均呈显著相关或极显著相关性;过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶之间呈极显著或显著相关性;过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶与有机质、碱解氮、速效磷之间相关性均达显著水平。 In Order to improve soil fertility and crop production, improved rice paddy soda saline soils for differentyears were collected from western Jilin Province as samples, the unimproved grassland soil was taken as control inthis study. The enzyme activities and soil nutrient content were determined, the variation of soil enzymes dynamicchanges in different planting years of topsoil and the relationship between enzymes and soil nutrients were analyzed.The results were as follows: with increasing of planting years, compared with the control, the p H tended to decline,the organic matter, the alkali-hydrolyzable N(without 1Y) and the available phosphorus in the top soil tended to rise,the available potassium has no special variation. In different planting years, catalase and peroxidase activities overalltended to decline, but urease and sucrese activities tended to rise. The influence of the planting years on soil nutri-ents and enzyme activities has some regularity. There was a highly significant correlation or significant correlationamong alkali-hydrolyzable N, available phosphorus, organic matter and p H. There was a highly significant correla-tion or significant correlation among catalase, peroxidase, urease and sucrese. The correlation among catalase, peroxi-dase, urease,sucrese and organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzable N, available phosphorus reached significant level.
