摘要
本文介绍了第四版《化学制药工艺学》教材中甲氧苄啶(TMP)章节的构思安排。在新一代TMP生产工艺内容的编写中,新教材点明了新旧路线在合成反应高效性和经济性方面的本质差异,以Michael加成反应原理解释了相似3-氨基丙烯腈中间体在反应活性上的不同,突出了不同溴化反应机理对"二溴醛"工艺配置的指导作用,适时公开了新的绿色甲氧基化技术应用成果。这些构思轮廓基本覆盖了新一代TMP核心生产技术内容。
The conceive plan for composing the chapter 'trimethoprim' in the fourth edition of Chemical Pharmaceutical Technology has been introduced in this paper. The content of new generation of TMP production technology aimed to indicate an essential difference in efficiency and economy with regard to the new and old TMP production routes, to make clear the discrepancy in reactivity of two similar 3-ami noacrylonitrile intermediates according to the Michael-addition reaction principle, to highlight a guiding function of different bromination mechanisms on the 'dibromoaldehyde' processing arrangement, and to timely disclose a new application achievement of the innovative green methoxylation technique. The con ceive outline approximatelv covered the core technology of new generation of TMP production.
