摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,利用随机整体取样选取了南京市第54中学两个班共70名学生作为实验对象,进行了为期12周的教学实验。旨在利用跳绳运动简单易行、形式多样、合作完成、趣味性较高的特点,进行立定跳远的学习和练习,以期得到更好练习效果。结果表明:1.采用跳绳的练习方式干预的立定跳远成绩要高于采用传统方式练习的成绩(P<0.05)。2.跳绳练习比传统的练习方式更能提高初中生上下肢的协调能力。3.跳绳练习能提高初中生下肢的力量和爆发力以及速度耐力,比传统的练习方法更明显。
