摘要
根据汽车滚装船的结构特点,在货舱区横向挠曲过程中,支柱与强横梁的交界处常出现应力集中现象。以某汽车滚装船为例,建立货舱段有限元模型,进行直接计算分析。对比设计载荷的影响,重点考察支柱附近区域强度,并根据计算结果提出支柱优化方案,减小应力集中,保证足够的强度裕度。
Due to the special structure of PCTC cargo hold, large stress always occurs at the connection of pillar and web when transversal racking, and concentration problem may be there at the same time. Taking a PCTC as an example, a direct calculation about the pillar in cargo hold was carried out by FEA. And depending on the calculation, an optimization design be performed to reduce stress concentration and to get an enough margin. According to FEA result, the optimization design has a better performance on structure strength.
