摘要
桂枝汤是张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》开篇的第一首方,它具有"解肌发表"、"辛温解表"、"滋阴和营"、"固表和卫"、"调和营卫"的作用,被后世尊为"群方之冠"。而"调和营卫"则是全方的根本思想,也是桂枝汤治疗各类疾病的基础。卫行脉外,营行脉中。营气的作用是滋养内在,卫气的作用是古摄卫表。如果卫气不能固表而防御外邪,那么营阴势必不能安守于内而渗泄外出;营阴的外泄,又使得卫气无所依托而散越,卫桂枝汤则营卫同治,祛邪与扶正兼顾,既发汗又滋汗源,阴阳并调,使机体重新恢复阴平阳秘的健康状态。现从这一角度对桂枝汤作一综述。
