摘要
由于时代科技发展的快速,目前汽车已经放弃传统的拉锁式直接控制的节气门,全部采用电子元件传感器提供信息给电脑ECU来控制电机来实现节气门的开启和关闭,这种形式的电子节气门在现实使用中能够使汽车结构更加紧凑合理。文章通过对电子节气门的构造以及工作原理的介绍,结合平时的学习和积累的经验,对电子节气门在发动机中的应用所出现的常见故障进行分析,从而判断故障点和确定维修方法。
Due to the rapid development of modern science and technology,the current car have given up the traditional zipper type direct control of the throttle,and used electronic sensors to provide information to computer ECU to control the motor to achieve the throttle opening and closing,which can make cars with more compact and reasonable structure.Through introduction of the electronic throttle control structure and the work principle,combined with the usual of learning and the accumulation of experience,the paper analyzes common breakdown of electronic throttle in engine application so as to judge fault point and determine the maintenance method.
