摘要
文章针对目前城市安防监控体系建设的不完善,设计了一种无人机实时智能安防监控系统。系统利用无人机航行坐标自主巡航采集视频图像,通过3G网络将数据传输给地面控制终端计算机,终端计算机则通过对比识别完成智能监控。系统具有速率高、机动性能好和智能化程度高的特点,具有较高的应用价值。
Aiming at the insufficiency of city security surveillance system,this paper designs a real-time and intelligent UVA(unmanned aerial vehicle)security surveillance system.Following the coordinate figure of UVA,the system cruises autonomously to collect video images which are sent to the terminal computer of ground control through 3G network,and then the computer achieve intelligent surveillance by comparing and recognizing those images.The system is of high speed,high maneuvering performance, and high-level intelligence.It also has high application value.
