摘要
烟炱是燃烧不充分的产物,成分复杂,它会对润滑油的使用性能产生重要影响。采用TEM、XRD、FT-IR、Raman多种分析技术对柴油烟炱的物化性能进行表征,并采用UTM-2摩擦磨损试验机研究了添加质量分数0.01%柴油烟炱的润滑油在不同温度下的摩擦学性能。结果表明,装载机烟炱(Soot A)、水泥罐车烟炱(Soot B)和推土机烟炱(Soot C)3种柴油烟炱样品的粒径大小相近;在基础油中添加质量分数0.01%柴油烟炱后,能够显著改善润滑油摩擦磨损性能,尤其是100、175℃时效果明显;3种柴油烟炱具有相似的减磨特性,但减磨程度略有差别。
Diesel soot is usually the product of the imperfect combustion of diesel, which has complex composition and an important impact on performance of lubricants. The physical and chemical properties of three diesel soot samples were characterized by TEM, XRD, FT-IR, Raman analytical techniques, and their tribological properties in PAO4 base oil were studied under different temperatures on UTM-2 tribometer. The results showed that these diesel soot samples had similar particle size. The tribological properties was improved after adding mass fraction of 0.01% diesel soot in PAO4 base oil, and the effect was more obvious at 100 and 175. There were slight differences between their anti-wear properties. © 2016, Science Press. All right reserved.
