摘要
目的探究疼痛控制护理干预在创伤性骨折患者术后康复护理中的作用。方法选取我院2013年5月-2015年5月收治的创伤性骨折患者共72例,依据入院时间顺序随机分为对照组（n=35）与观察组（n=37）,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受术后疼痛控制护理,比较两组患者护理后疼痛程度、运动功能、护理满意度及焦虑抑郁程度。结果观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组运动功能MAS评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度为94.4%,明显高于对照组的71.4%（P〈0.05）;观察组护理后焦虑抑郁SAS、SDS量表评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对创伤性骨折患者术后实施疼痛控制护理干预可以有效地减轻术后疼痛,提高术后运动功能与护理满意度,改善术后焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,简单易实施,值得临床护理借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of pain control nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with traumatic fracture. Methods A total of 72 patients with traumatic fractures were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2013.72 patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=35) and observation group(n=37),the control group was received routine nursing care,and the observation group was treated with postoperative pain control nursing,the degree of pain,motor function,nursing satisfaction and degree of anxiety and depression between were compare between the two groups. Results The score of pain(VAS) in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);The sports function(MAS) score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.4%,significantly higher than that of control group 71.4%(P<0.05);The scores of anxiety and depression(SDS SAS) in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The postoperative pain control nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain,improve postoperative motor function and nursing satisfaction,improve postoperative anxiety and depression,and other adverse emotions,simple and easy to implement,it is worthy of clinical nursing.
