摘要
通过对73个高校科研团队的432名高校科研团队成员的问卷调查,运用多层线性模型进行跨层次分析,得出实证研究结果:团队任务创新性、团队创新氛围对高校科研团队个体创造力具有显著的正向影响;团队变革型领导、团队成员异质性对高校科研团队个体创造力的正向影响不显著;团队内、外部知识整合能力对高校科研团队个体创造力的正向影响显著;团队内、外部知识整合能力在团队特征因素对高校科研团队个体创造力的影响过程中起到部分中介作用。最后提出了对提升高校科研团队个体创造力的启示以及研究局限。
With questionnaire survey of 432 members of 73 university research teams, the paper studies the effect of team characteristics on university research team individual creativity by multi-layer hierarchical linear model. Empirical results show that, innovative team task and innovative team climate have a significant positive effect on individual creativity of university research team. Transformational team leader and heterogeneity team member do not have a significant positive effect on individual creativity of university research team. The knowledge integration capability of inside and outside team has a significant positive effect on individual creativity of university research team. The knowledge integration capability of inside and outside team partly mediates the relationship between team characteristic and individual creativity. Finally, it summarizes the conclusions, and puts forward some enlightenment and limitations.
