摘要
目的对比分析手工清洗与全自动清洗消毒机清洗消化内镜的效果。方法选取该院2014年8月-2015年3月使用后的消化内镜100例,按照随机抽选的方式分为实验组和对照组,各50例。实验组采取全自动清洗消毒机,对照组给予手工清洗消毒。结果实验组和对照组总有效率均为100%。结论 2种清洗方式的总有效率无差异,但全自动清洗消毒机能够有效节约人力、时间等,应当优先采用。
Objective To compare the disinfection effects between manual cleaning and automatic cleaning and disinfection machines for digestive endoscopy. Methods One hundred digestive endoscopes which had been used between August 2014. 8 and March 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group （each n=50）. The endoscopes in the experimental group were cleaned and disinfected by automatic washer disinfectors and those in the control group by hand. Results There was no difference in the total effective rate, which was 100% in both groups. Conclusion Although no difference is observed in the total effective rate between the two cleaning methods, automatic washer disinfectors can save manpower and time. They should be used preferably in clinical practice.
