摘要
燃料电池车用空气压缩机可以为燃料电池的阴极反应提供高压空气,其性能好坏直接影响燃料电池系统的性能。针对车用燃料电池对空压机的特殊要求,总结了目前燃料电池车用空压机的研发现状,比较了几种典型空压机的性能表现,最后分析了其未来的发展趋势。结果表明:离心式空压机在密度、效率、噪声等方面具有最好的综合效果,且与涡轮机匹配工作是进一步提高燃料电池系统性能的有效措施。
The air compressor in fuel cells can provide high pressure air for the electrochemical reaction in fuel cell, the performance of which has direct impact on fuel cells. Concerning the special requirements of fuel cells for air compressor, the current development status of several typical air compressors was introduced and the performance of them was also contrasted. Furthermore, the future trend for air compressor in fuel cells was analyzed. The results show that the centrifugal air compressor for fuel cells has the best comprehensive performance in terms of density, efficiency, noise. Besides, turbocharging is a very effective measure to further improve the performance of fuel cells.
