摘要 清洗是绿色再制造过程中的重要工序,传统的清洗方法会对环境造成不同程度污染。近几年国内外学者一直在研究各种有利于环境保护的清洗方法,激光清洗就是其中一种。激光清洗作为一种新型的绿色清洗方法,在许多领域中正在规模化应用,但是在机械清洗领域方面的应用还只是小范围涉及。本文结合国内外激光清洗在金属件上的研究现状,综述了激光清洗技术基本原理、清洗金属件的试验研究、激光清洗的优缺点等,并展望了该领域未来的发展方向。 Cleaning is an important process in the process of green manufacturing, but the traditional cleaning methods will cause varying degrees of pollution to the environment. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have been studying all kinds of cleaning methods which are conducive to environmental protection, and laser cleaning is one of them. Laser cleaning, as a new type of green cleaning method, is being applied in many fields, but it is only a small scope in the field of mechanical cleaning. Based on the research status of laser cleaning on the metal parts at home and abroad, this paper has summarized the principle of laser cleaning technology, cleaning metal Darts of exDerimental research, laser cleaning advantages and disadvantages, and prospects the future research directions in this field.
