摘要
南通医学会临床医学工程分会自设问卷利用QQ平台进行网络微调查和访谈两种方式,研究了南通地区17家二、三级医院的临床医学工程部门,掌握了南通地区医学工程部门和从业人员的一些基本信息,对该部门的经费投入、信息化程度、人员结构和人员对医院的满意度进行了分析,并针对现状提出了转变部门工作模式、培养高素质人才和加大学科建设力度等相应的对策。
The Clinical Medical Engineering Branch of Nantong Medical Society designed a questionnaire and conducted a net- work micro survey as well as an interview based on QQ platform. With the investigation of 17 Grade 2 and Grade 3 hospitals in- volved totally in the area of Nantong, the study has got in hand some basic information of the medical engineering departments and the relevant staffs, analyzed the fund investment, professional information, personnel structure and the satisfaction degree of the employees. In the end, some strategies such as converting the working mode of the department, fostering high quality talents and strengthening the subject construction are put forward according to the present situation mentioned above.
