摘要
以自阻燃的羧甲基纤维素盐对羊毛织物进行阻燃整理,制备具有良好阻燃性的羊毛织物,并利用FTIR及SEM对各阶段产物进行表征,通过氧指数及热重分析对样品的阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:羧甲基纤维素钠经氧化后得到大量醛基,与羊毛结构上的氨基可以发生席夫碱反应,赋予羊毛织物羧甲基纤维素钠的阻燃性。羧甲基纤维素盐的添加使羊毛织物的氧指数与残炭量明显升高。
The flame retardant finishing of wool fabrics was carried out with carboxymethyl cellulose salt which possessed flame retardance to prepare wool fabric with good flame retardance, and the products of each stage were characterized by means of FTIR and SEM; and through the oxygen index and thermogravimetric analysis, the flame retardance of samples were studied. The results showed that the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose would get a large amount of aldehyde group after oxidation which would react with the amino in the structure of wool through Schiff base reaction, and it would give wool fabric the flame retardance from sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The addition of carboxymethyl cellulose salt could make the oxygen index of wool fabric and the amount of residual carbon increase significantly.
