摘要
采用球壳薄膜理论详细分析了两种类型的正拱形爆破片膜片中的总体膜应力,并利用压力容器分析设计中的安定性分析,初步确定了两种类型的正拱形爆破片的最大允许操作比,为爆破片设计、制造及长久使用提供理论指导。
The membrane theory of spherical shell is used to analyze the primary membrane stress of two types of conventional domed bursting disc, and the maximum allowable operating ratios of two types of bursting disc are determined preliminarily by adopting shakedown analysis of pressure vessel analysis de- sign. All of these conclusions are used to provide a theoretical guidance for the design, manufacture and long-term use of bursting disc.
