IgG4相关性肾病合并膜性肾病一例 被引量：3

摘要 IgG4相关性疾病（IgG4-related disease，IgG4-RD）是一种由免疫介导的慢性全身性的炎性疾病，几乎影响所有的器官，包括肾脏［1-2］。IgG4相关肾病（immunoglobulin G4-related kidney disease，IgG4-RKD）的广义命名包括肾实质病变和肾盂、输尿管的损伤［3］；肾实质病理特点主要表现为IgG4相关肾小管间质性肾炎（IgG4-related tubulointerstitial nephritis， IgG4-TIN），也可以伴有肾小球病变。IgG4-TIN 于2004年被报道［4］，近10余年逐渐受到关注。本文报道IgG4相关性肾病合并膜性肾病一例，具体诊治过程如下。
