摘要
介绍了盾构隧道管片预埋塑料吊装孔破坏机制及预防措施。通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件模拟计算管片拼装工况下的受力情况,并结合现场实际情况,从预埋件本身、配筋、拼装机、拼装操作手等方面进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的防范措施。
The damage mechanism of shield tunnel segment embedded plastic hoisting hole and preventive measures are introduced. Using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the force situation of segment is simulated and calculated under the assembling conditions, and combined with the actual situation, the damage causes of hoisting holes are analyzed from the aspects of embedded parts, reinforcement, assembling facilities, assembled gunner. In addition, the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
