摘要
绿色产业园区是生态文明在产业层面的集中体现。基于绿色产业园区创建的背景,梳理了当前国内外绿色产业园区建设的现状及上海市推进绿色产业园区创建的前期工作基础,指出当前上海绿色产业园区建设存在"无法协同、无人问责、无钱支撑"的主要问题,应通过构建绿色产业园区工作机制、创建管理体系、搭建绿色平台等措施推进上海的绿色产业园区建设。
Green industrial park is embodiment of ecological civilization in industrial level. The article is based on green industrial park establishment background to analyze current condition of domestic and foreign green industrial park and preliminary work basis of Shanghai promoting green industrial park construction. It points out that there are some main problems confronting Shanghai green industrial park construction, such as no way to cooperation, no one to account for and no money to support. It should construct green industrial park working principle, management mechanism and build up green platform measures to promote green industrial park construction.
