摘要
严重烧伤的治疗是一项系统工程,涉及一系列相互关联的环节,由于医学科学与相关学科的蓬勃发展,大量新技术、新理念、新材料、新方法的不断涌现,使得严重烧伤治疗的每一个环节都渗透着新理念与新技术的实践,从而显著提高了严重烧伤救治水平。本文讨论严重烧伤患者救治中关于MEEK植皮技术、供皮区处理、烧伤康复治疗和烧伤后期瘢痕整形等问题,旨在引起广大烧伤外科同行的关注。
The treatment of severe burned patients is a complicated systematic project, which involves a series of interconnected steps. Because of the vigorous development of medical science and other disciplines,a number of new techniques, concepts, materials, and methods continuously sprung up. These new techniques and new concepts are permeated with every steps of treating severe burned patients, thereby significantly improved the treatment level. Current issues focus on the discussion of several topics in treating severe burned patients, which includes MEEK skin grafting technique, methods of dealing with skin donor site,rehabilitation of burned patients and burn scar shaping surgery etc. So this issue is aimed at raising the attention of every doctor on these problems in the treatment of severe burned patients.
