摘要
油气输送钢质管道存在易腐蚀、内摩阻大等问题,严重影响管道的使用寿命和运行安全,目前非金属油气输送管道技术已经成为管道行业技术发展的新趋势。通过对热塑性增强复合管材(RTP)的技术特性和国内外发展现状进行分析,结合油气管道自身特点,提出了RTP的应用前景及需要解决的技术问题,为进一步研究RTP管材技术条件、管道设计、管道连接、管道施工检测等配套技术指出了方向,为RTP管材在油气输送管道工程中的应用奠定了基础。
Application of non-metallic oil and gas transmission pipeline technology has become a new trend in pipeline industry due to traditional steel pipeline's limitations which mainly are corrosion, large internal friction and seriously affect pipeline life and safety. This paper analyses technical characteristics and development status of Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipeline(RTP),presents RTP's application prospects and technical challenges,which gives directions for further researches on RTP technology of materials, design, joints, constructions,lays a foundation for RTP applications on oil and gas transportation engineering.
