摘要
根据钢铁联合企业的特点,从能源管理基础工作、科学能源管理体系、考核评价机制的建立等方面,探讨了钢铁联合企业的能源管理模式。在提高钢铁联合企业能源管理水平方面,指出应积极采用新技术,充分利用烧结工序余热余能、炼铁工序余压余能、炼钢工序能源,重视煤气系统、生产水系统及电机节能技术改造,不断提升能源管理水平。
According to the characteristics of iron and steel integrated enterprises, the paper discusses the energy management mode of them from aspects of energy management basic activities, scientific energy management system and assessment mechanism. It points out that the energy management level of iron and steel integrated enterprises can be constantly lifted by actively adopting new technology, fully utilizing waste heat and excess energy from sintering process, excess pressure and excess energy from iron-making process and energy from steel-making process and attaching importance to energy saving technical modification on uas svstem, water system for production and motor.
