摘要
目前国内高校会展专业的教学模式陈旧,重理论轻实践,造成学生应用创新能力较差,无法适应行业对人才的素质要求。从会展从业人员的核心能力出发,基于应用型高校的定位和人才培养层次,将理论教学、实践教学、技能竞赛、职业资质四个单元作为会展专业教学的主线,可以形成具有特色的会展专业教学模式,并有着较好的可行性。
Outdated teaching mode of MICE major in colleges and universities and neglect of practice and emphasis on theory make students lack of application and innovation ability, and fail to meet the requirement of MICE industry to the quality of talents. Based on the core ability of MICE professionals and talent cultivation level, application-oriented universities take theory teaching, practice teaching, skill competition and professional quality as principal line, making MICE major distinctive and feasible.
