摘要
通过物理共混的方式,采用橡胶乳液对机油滤纸增强用酚醛树脂进行改性,研究不同体系橡胶乳液与用量对机油滤纸用酚醛树脂增强增韧性能的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FT-IR)表征不同橡胶乳液增韧体系对酚醛树脂微观形貌的影响以及共混体系的化学结构。结果表明,羧基丁腈橡胶复配体系的增强增韧效果最佳,当其用量为酚醛树脂的7.5%(质量分数)时,共混体系增强后机油滤纸的综合性能最优,浸渍后机油滤纸的综合强度性能均优于纯酚醛树脂体系。SEM和FT-IR结果表明,由于羧基丁腈橡胶分子结构中含有大量的羧基,使得其与酚醛树脂具有较好的相容性并能与酚醛树脂发生化学键合,分子结构中的羧基是造成羧基丁腈橡胶性能优于其他橡胶体系的主要原因。
Phenolic resin used for strengthening oil filter paper was modified by blending with rubber latex in this study. Effects of the type and content of rubber latex on the comprehensive properties of the strengthened oil filter paper were studied. SEM and FT-IR were used to characterize the micro-morphology and chemical structure of the blend resin. The results showed that carboxylic butadiene-acrylonitrile latex was the most suitable latex for the blending system and the impregnated oil filter paper achieved the best comprehensive performances when the rubber latex content was 7. 5% (on the content of phenotic resion). This was due to the reason that the carboxylic group of the rubber la- tex could react with the phenolic resin and increase the compatibility the blend system.
