摘要
经过30多年的发展,河南省民办高等教育取得了可喜的成绩,在学校数量、办学层次、办学特色以及人才培养等方面有了很大的突破,但也存在诸多问题,如办学定位不明确、经费短缺、师资结构不合理、队伍流动性大、生源质量不高和社会认可度低等,严重影响了河南民办高等教育的可持续发展。因此,须多方协调,破解制约民办高校发展的瓶颈,打造良好的发展环境,大力促进河南省民办高校的健康发展。
After 30 years of rapid development, non-governmental higher education in Henan province has achieved encouraging results and breakthroughs in their numbers, education standards, operation characteristics and talent cultivation. But there also exist many problems, such as unclear positioning, shortage of funds, irrational structure and frequent change of the teaching team, poor student quality and low social recognition, which have seriously affected and restricted the development of non-govern- mental higher education in Henan. Therefore, the stakeholders must coordinate, make effort to break the bottleneck and form a well-ordered environment in order to promote the healthy and continuous development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning in Henan province.
