摘要
为研究直升机主减速器润滑喷嘴射流的扩散规律及喷嘴结构与射流流量、供油压力的关系,研制一套射流实验台。实验台由油路系统、打靶系统和数据采集系统等软硬件组成。射流实验台旨在将润滑点(如齿轮啮合点、轴承)拟化成靶台,根据润滑点的大小设置相应靶孔孔径大小。通过测量喷嘴在不同供油压力、距离、角度情况下的过靶率,确定最佳的供油压力、流速和位置。同时可测量不同结构喷嘴的散射角和过靶率,以优化喷嘴结构。3个喷嘴的打靶实验证明,该装置运行稳定,系统可靠。实验同时说明供油压力和喷孔的角度对射流的扩散有一定影响。
In order to study the diffusion law of free flow of the main reducer lubrication nozzle of a helicopter,and the relationship between nozzle structure and jet flow and pressure; a set of jet experimental platform is developed. At the same time, the scattering angle and the target rate of different structure nozzles can be measured to optimize the structure of the nozzle.By testing 3 nozzle, the experiment shows that this device is stable and reliable, ltalso shows that the oil pressure and the angle of the nozzle have a certain influence on the diffusion of the jet.
