摘要
铝电解槽母线系统断路事故的危险点主要集中于槽周母线熔断和立柱母线短路口爆炸两种情况。本文对阳极母线-阳极母线型、阳极母线-立柱母线型、出电侧母线-进电侧母线型、阳极母线-连接母线型、上部跨槽连接型和下部跨槽连接型等6种应急短路母线进行介绍,并结合9种可能出现的母线系统断路事故,介绍了其使用和联用情况。
The dangerous latency of aluminum reduction cell busbar system open circuit accident mainly focuses on the groove in the cell-surrounding busbar fuse and the short intersection explosion of vertical post busbar.The anode busbar- anode busbar type,anode busbar- vertical post busbar type,electric outlet side busbar- electric intolet side busbar type,anode busbar- connection busbar type,the upper cross groove connection type and lower cross groove type connection type emergency short circuit busbar are introduced in this paper.And combined with the nine kinds of short circuit accident of busbar system,the situations of application are described.
