摘要
目的探讨血清瘦素、IL-17水平与哮喘预测指数(API)阳性婴幼儿喘息的相关性。方法将78例婴幼儿喘息性患儿分为API阳性组42例、API阴性组36例,并选取健康儿童40例为正常对照组。ELISA法检测血清瘦素、IL-17水平,Spearman秩相关性分析其与API的相关性。结果 API阳性、API阴性组患儿血清瘦素和IL-17水平均显著高于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);API阳性组患儿血清瘦素和IL-17水平显著高于API阴性组,差异有高度显著性意义(P<0.01)。Spearman秩相关分析显示婴幼儿喘息患儿的API与血清瘦素、IL-17水平均呈正相关性,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论血清瘦素和IL-17水平与婴幼儿喘息密切相关,且其与喘息患儿的API呈明显的正相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation of leptin and IL-17 with asthma predicting index in infants with positive wheeze. Methods 78 patients with infantile wheezing were divided into the API positive group( n= 42),the API negative group( n = 36) and the normal control group( n = 40). It used ELISA to analyze the accumulation of serum concentration of leptin and IL-17. The correlation between API and the levels of leptin and IL-17 was carried on Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results The level of leptin and IL-17 in the API positive group and the API negative group were higher than that in the normal control group,and it was higher in the API positive group than in the API negative group( P〈0. 05). There was a positive correlation between API and the levels of leptin and IL-17 by Spearman rank correlation analysis( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The serum leptin and IL-17 concentration are related with infantile wheezing,and they are positively correlated with API.
