摘要
在工程设计中,影响海堤结构形式选择的因素很多,如波浪等自然因素、整体稳定等技术因素、断面单价等经济因素。这些影响因素大部分都具有可变性、模糊性等不确定特点,而且各种影响因素对不同结构形式岸坡的影响不同。简而言之,不同海堤形式与各影响因素之间存在模糊的不确定性关系。本文引入模糊算子GIOWA以及相关因子来对营口某工程的斜坡式海堤结构作多属性、多层次模糊综合评价比选,同时为今后海堤结构的比选工作提供参考。
There exist many technical factors which influence seawall structural form choices in coastal engineering design, such as natural factors, like the waves; technical factors, like the overall stability; and economic factors, like unit section price. Most of these factors are fuzzy, uncertain variables. Besides, the influence of various factors on different structural forms is also different. Thus, there is a vague, uncertainty relationship between different forms of seawall and influence of these factors. This paper introduces a fuzzy language operator GIOWA and six factors to make a fuzzy comparison of multi-attribute, multi-level comprehensive evaluation to a typical structure of seawall engineering in Yingkou, and this comparison will provide a reference for comparison work of seawall structure.
