摘要
对一起因调速器故障导致的抽水蓄能机组发电工况强迫机械停机原因进行了详细分析,提出了处理方案和预防措施。此类故障随着抽蓄机组运行时间增长、非正常的运行环境致使电子元件老化会呈现增长现象。本文提出的预防性建议对其他抽水蓄能机组有较大经验借鉴作用。
This paper provides an analysis of a compulsive machine downtime of the pumped storage under generation operating status,which raised by the generator fault. The treatment and preventive measures will be shown. With the growth of running time and component aging under abnormal operating conditions,this kind of faults will grow. Therefore,the preventive measures put forward by this paper have a reference value for other pumped storage units.
