萘系减水剂对凡口矿尾砂充填料浆性能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对凡口铅锌矿03尾砂充填料浆浓度偏低而导致水泥单耗高,充填体强度偏低等问题,开展了03尾砂的基本物理化学性质分析、添加萘系减水剂的充填料浆的流动性能试验及充填材料配比室内试验。试验表明萘系减水剂的分散、润滑作用可明显改善03尾砂充填料浆的流动性,并且能够使水泥水化反应更完全,产生更多的水化产物。同时,在确保03尾砂充填料浆流动性能的条件下,可将03尾砂充填料浆的浓度由60%提高至66%,进而可提高充填体强度,对凡口铅锌矿具有重要意义。 Refer to the problems of Fankou resulting from the low concentration of 03 bac Lead -Zinc Mine, the low volume of cement consumption kfilling filling slurry and the low intensity of filling body, a series of experiments have been carried out, such as the basic physico - chemical analysis of 03 backfilling, the filling pulp flow performance after adding naphthalene series water reducing agent test and the indoor test of filling materials mixing ratio. Experiments have showed that the dispersive action and lubri- cation action could improve the liquidity of 03 filling slurry obviously. At the same time, the cement hy- dration reaction could be more complete thus producing more hydration products. Meanwhile, Under the condition of the favourable liquidity of 03 filling slurry, the concentration of 03 backfilling filling slurry increases from 60% to 66%, further improving the strength of the filling body. It has very important effects on Fankou Lead -Zinc Mine.
