摘要
采用传统熔融法制备了Te O2-Zn O-Bi2O3系统玻璃,用原位析晶法获得了透明碲酸盐微晶玻璃;利用差热分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜与紫外可见分光光度计等检测技术,研究了Ni O对碲酸盐玻璃析晶性能及显微结构的影响。结果表明:在Te O2-Zn OBi2O3系统玻璃中掺杂少于1 mol%的Ni O时,可降低玻璃的热稳定性,提高玻璃的析晶能力;掺杂量多于1 mol%时,随Ni O含量的增加,玻璃热稳定性增强。Ni2+离子掺杂改变了晶体的定向生长趋势。不同含量的Ni O在碲酸盐玻璃及微晶玻璃中均以[Ni O6]与[Ni O4]两种结构共存,Ni O掺杂量为1 mol%时,可增加[Ni O6]结构,其微晶玻璃的Dq值达844 cm-1,Ni2+离子周围有序性增强。
A series of Te O2-Zn O-Bi2O3 precursor glasses were prepared by the melting method,and transparent tellurite glass ceramics were obtained by in situ controlled crystallization method.The effects of Ni O on crystallization properties and microstructure of the tellurite glasses were studied by means of differential thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy.The results show that when the doped content is less than 1 mol% of Ni O in the Te O2-Zn O-Bi2O3 glasses,the thermal stability of the glasses decreases and the crystallization properties increase.With the increase of Ni O content,the thermal stability of the glass enhances when the Ni O content is over 1 mol%.Ni2 +ions changes the growth trend of crystal orientation.[Ni O6]and[Ni O4]two structures coexist in tellurite glasses and glass ceramics with different content of Ni O.When the doped content of Ni O is 1 mol%,the proportion of[Ni O6] structure increases and the Dqof the glass ceramics is up to 844 cm-1showing enhanced ordering structure around Ni2 +ions.
