摘要
目的 评价本科生课堂教学学生评价表的信度和效度,为教师教学评价研究提供有效的测评工具.方法 由85名学生和7位资深教授分别对北京大学公共卫生学院3门课程的11位任课教师的课堂教学进行评价,运用因子分析、相关分析,考查评教表的结构效度;运用相关分析考查评教表的效标效度;运用信度检验中的克朗巴赫系数考查评教表的内部一致性信度.结果 ①结构效度.因子分析结果显示,评价表内容分为教学方法、教学技能、创新实践、教学内容4个维度,解释总变异的82.8%;各因子之间的Spearman相关系数在0.626~0.716之间,各因子与总分的Spearman相关系数在0.769~0.913之间.②效标效度.学生评教得分与专家督导评教得分的Pearson相关系数为0.817,按照课程和学生评教得分对各位教师进行排序,与各位教师的专家督导评教得分排序基本一致.③内部一致性信度.评价表总体的克朗巴赫系数为0.931,4个维度内部克朗巴赫系数分别为0.751、0.808、0.929和0.824.结论 本科生课堂教学学生评价表的结构效度、效标效度和内部一致性信度较好,可以为其他高校开展学生评价教学提供参考依据.
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of undergraduate evaluate classroom teaching form.Methods A total of 85 students and 7 senior professors evaluated the performance of teaching for 11 teachers of three subjects in school of public health,Peking University.Factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to evaluate construct validity.Correlation analysis was used to evaluate criterion validity.Cronbach' s alpha were applied to test internal consistency.Results ①Structure validity:the evaluation form included four dimensions (teaching methods,teaching skills,innovation and practice and teaching contents),which explained 82.8 percent of the total variance.Spearman correlation coefficient ranged from 0.626 to 0.716 when paired comparison of the four dimensions.Spearman correlation coefficient between each factor and the total score ranged from 0.769 to 0.913.② Criterion validity:Pearson correlation coefficient between total scores evaluated by students and the total scores evaluated by professors was 0.817.The rank of total scores of 11 teachers evaluated by students was similar to the rank evaluated by professors.③Internal consistency:Cronbach's alpha coefficient for total scores was 0.931,and four dimensions were 0.751,0.808,0.929,0.824,respectively.Conclusions The structure validity,criterion validity and internal consistency of the form is good,which can provide a evidence for other colleges and universities to develop the evaluation methodology for students assessing the teaching.
