摘要
采用冷、热压两种生产工艺,分别制备不同密度的高性能重组木产品,并检测其物理力学性能。结果表明:两种生产工艺均可以制备出物理力学性能优良的高性能重组木,其中冷压-热固化法生产的重组木耐水性能良好;热压法生产的重组木的抗弯性能和抗剪性能更优。
The authors made scrimbers with 1.05 and 1.10 g/cm3 densities by cold-pressing and hot-pressing methods respectively in a production line. The results showed that both of the scrimber products made by cold-pressing and hot-pressing methods had high physical and mechanical performance.The scrimber produced by cold-pressing had superior water resistance and the scrimber produced by hot-pressing had superior bending and shear strengths.
