摘要
本文结合系统功能语言学与功能翻译理论,探讨了基于贵州本土文化的汉译英模式,可用于教学与翻译实践中。研究表明,语篇意识形态和译者主体性是这种模式的核心所在,对其关注对于弘扬贵州优秀本土文化、彰显中国文化软实力具有重要意义。这一模式同样适用于基于贵州本土文化的英译汉教学与实践。
Combining Systemic Functional Linguistics and functional translation approaches, this paper explores the Chinese - to - English translation model based on Guizhou' s local culture, which is applicable to translation teaching and activities. The research indi- cates that discourse ideology and translator' s subjectivity are the essence of this model, the emphasis on which contributes to publicizing Guizhou' s favorable local culture and highlighting the soft power of Chinese culture. It is argued that this model is applicable to the English -to -Chinese translation teaching and activities.
