摘要
京津冀区域一体化的深入推进将为首都经济圈的三大城市培育新的经济增长点,但在三地不断推进经济增长的同时也面临着大气污染的严峻考验。近年来饱受雾霾天气困扰的京津冀地区,不得不规划雾霾治理一体化的宏伟蓝图。秉承从源头入手治理污染的理念,制定京津冀一体化的大气环境标准体系,完善相关法律制度、有效管控污染源头、扭转末端治理的方式方为治本之策。
Along with the development of integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, a new economic growth point emer- ges in Beijing Metropolitan Area. However, the rapid economic growth in this area has also been accompanied by spectacu- lar air pollution. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region has begun to adapt their strategies toward Haze control. Finding the spring- head of air pollution and issuing Integrative Ambient Air Standard System of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is an effective way to control air pollution.
