摘要
中美两国正在朝鲜半岛问题上进行战略博弈是一个不争的事实,但很多论者实际上并不清楚中美在朝鲜半岛问题上究竟博弈什么或者想博弈出一个怎样的结果。通过对中美两国的东北亚区域战略框架及目标加以解读,可以得出这样一个结论:中美正在围绕朝鲜半岛的某种状态进行着战略博弈。就战略结构而言,美国需要朝鲜半岛保持持续的、适度的、可控的紧张结构;而中国的战略体系则要求朝鲜半岛是和平的、稳定的、合作的。中美两国的战略博弈结果如何将取决于朝鲜半岛的状态能否满足其战略需求。
It cannot be disputed that the Korean Peninsula issue is a strategy game between China and America. But many observers do not know fundamental facts such as what the game is about and what they want from the game. By interpreting the frame and goal of China's and America's regional strategies in Northeast Asia,the conclusion is reached that the two countries are in a strategy game over a certain state of Korean Peninsula. America wants the Korean Peninsula to be in a sustainable,modest,controllable but tense state in its strategic structure. While China wants the Korean Peninsula to be in a peaceful,stable and cooperative state in its strategic system. The result of the strategic game will depend on whether the state of the Korean Peninsula can satisfy their strategic needs.
