摘要
以直径为150 mm的耐磨钢球为研究对象,选用PAG类水溶性淬火液配置不同浓度的水基淬火介质,所配置的淬火介质安全环保不燃烧,使工作环境大大改善,满足环保部门对企业的环保要求。按照锻压余热自回火热处理工艺,通过控制淬火液的浓度,分析不同淬火液浓度对组织的影响。通过实验和彩色金相物相分析发现,含有PAG类淬火液20%(体积分数)的水基淬火介质,所获得的组织最为理想,能够显著提升大型半自磨机用耐磨钢球的服役表现。
With wear-resistant steel balls of 150 mm diameter as the research object, water-based quenching medium at different concentration of PAG are prepared. The quenching medium can meet the environmental protection requirements and help improve the working conditions due to their safe, environmental and non-combustion properties. According to the forging rest heat tempering heat treatment process, the influence of different quenching liquid concentration on the microstructure can be analyzed by altering the concentration of the quenching liquid. Through experiment and color metallographic analysis, the ideal microstructure was obtained by the waterbased quenching medium with concentration of PAG quenching liquid 20 % ( volume fiaction) and the service performance of steel balls in large semi-autogenous mills can be significantly improved.
